What you get
What the public binary is meant to cover.
- Reads local Claude Code and Codex session history
- Proactive next-step suggestions
- Repeated corrections become rules, stale rules fade
- Per-project workspace organisation
- Repeated-mistakes reporting per agent
- Replay-checked startup briefs
- Unlimited projects · agents · history
- Local-only · no SaaS · no telemetry
- Rust binary · compiled locally
- Free forever. No paid tier coming.
And what you don't get
- No SaaS backend
- No account required
- No telemetry pipeline
- No hosted team view (v0.4)
- No enterprise SSO
- No cloud sync
Why free?
Because the product is local. There is no hosted backend here to meter or gate.
Will you add a paid tier later?
Only if we ever ship a hosted add-on. The core local product stays free.
Is there an enterprise version?
No. One binary, one tier. If you need enterprise controls, this is probably not the tool.
Can I run this air-gapped?
Yes. It is built to stay local and work offline once the public binary ships.
What data does Munin read?
Session logs under ~/.claude/, ~/.codex/, .munin/journal/, and any paths you add. It does not scan your source code repos by default.
How big does .munin/ get?
Typical repos with 6 months of session history: 40 to 120 MB. Old evidence gets compacted over time.
